My Name is Jacob, I am a fully qualified (BSc Sports Therapy) and insured Sports therapist. I offer sports massage to enable you to recover, relax or be rehabilitated from an injury.
Whether you are involved in physical activity or live a sedentary lifestyle, muscular tension can cause pain and discomfort during your day to day living.
Deep tissue massage can help reduce this muscle tightness and when combined with correct exercise can send you on your way to a better quality of life.
